stock 100% power spikes at 107%. iso 50001 requirements stock power draw 250w spikes to 310w. rtx 3080 ventus 3x plus 12g oc lhr @ 124% power spikes at 131% peak power draw at 366w So going from a 2080 ti with 250w power draw to a 3080 ti 350w, I would look in the neighborhood of 400w power draw with around 20-30w peak jumps
